My cakes are covered with all-butter buttercream and the highest quality fondant. I will help guide you through the process of choosing the optimal finish for your cake as it often depends on your design choice and venue environment.

A deposit is required to secure a booking for the date of your event. All of my cakes are created with your personal style, budget and number of servings in mind. Each custom wedding cake receives my full attention therefore, my prices reflect my time, artistry and dedication I offer to all of my clients.

  • Madagascar Vanilla Bean - layered with creamed wildflower honey, fig preserve and Italian meringue buttercream

  • Champagne & Strawberries - light and elegant champagne sponge filled with strawberry preserve and vanilla bean Italian meringue buttercream

  • Italian Pear - vanilla bean sponge layered with Sicilian pear jam and Italian meringue buttercream

  • Lemon Berry - luscious lemon cake layered with tangy lemon curd, blackberry preserve and lemon zested Italian meringue buttercream

  • Wedding White Almond - delicate almond cake with (or without) poppy seeds layered with wild blueberry jam and almond buttercream

  • Double Chocolate - decadently enhanced by rich dark brewed coffee perfectly paired with smooth mocha buttercream and Woodford Reserve soaked cherries

  • Toasted Coconut - light fluffy cake filled with toasted coconut layered with Madagascar Vanilla Bean or coconut Italian meringue buttercream

  • Classic Red Velvet - paired delectably with white chocolate American buttercream or traditional cream cheese buttercream
